VELATURA TERRACE RAVE 💒

🗓️ 28th of March
⏰ 6 - 10 PM
🎟️ FREE ENTRY
📍Yeat’s Building

After a year full of packed out events and a monthly residency made possible by your consistent keen interest and support, I am very excited to announce the first installation of Velatura events as a revamped collective, as I move into the next, slightly different chapter. This Saturday the 28th, I’ll launch the first of the new rave series in the first location, bringing underground, Berlin-inspired techno to the west of Ireland. Expect minimal, melodic and hard groove selections.

Alcohol served inside, the dancefloor is the terrace. Respect the space, respect each other.

With myself, Darkling (@dannilouholmes) and this event’s acts, Nønnnie (@mullaney._) and Dingø (@_dingomusic) behind the decks, this is just the beginning — The first taste of what Velatura will bring — Come to feel it.

The start of something new in Sligo.

I am stoked to debut the new illustration and aesthetic for Velatura by artist and friend @ieurumi ⭐️

Next up on our SPACECAST series we welcome @mullaney._

Nønnie is a Sligo based DJ who originally started out mixing with hard house and groove but have slowly found myself mixing alot more hardgroove.

Nønnie has been gaining attention for his distinct blend of deep, driving beats and hypnotic rhythms. Despite having only played a handful of gigs, He takes inspiration from artists like Kettama,Clouds,Xclub,Chlär, Ned Bennett, Lorcan Kelly, Funk Assualt started DJing in early in early 2021 and have been grinding nonstop to improve and progress.

The mix provided features a mix of energetic techno, hard groove and funky euphoric techno with seamless mixing skills and track selection.
