This past summer Mandolen trained a lively, lovely, and lovable group of IronWorkers. At that time she was beginning to publish her multi-series memoir inspired by her daily Mullings on LinkedIn. As she trained the group, she found herself growing as well, and the training was such a success that monthly Zoom meetings and further training followed.
So, of course, the latest book in the series- the one about understanding and loving people through the messiness of life- is dedicated to those men.
The book is out now at all major retailers and we hope you find value in the lessons as well!

We’ve been busy with clients this summer and @mullivation has just released the first book in her multi-series memoir (5 books in total!). Not many consultants get to say they’ve had a client for 8 years…but we can! In 2016 Mandolen began training Union IronWorker Instructors across North America. In the ensuing years, not only has her training developed and evolved, so have the friendships she’s made. This year was the annual training’s 40th anniversary and our MullMentum team considers it a great honour to support the men and women who are carrying the trade forward through #GenerationalMentorship! by @mullmentum

Mandolen recently had the opportunity to speak at the inaugural #WomenInRare event hosted by @alexionpharmaceuticals and @patientauthentic. Although she offered insight on one of our most client-requested topics, “Posturing Out of Imposter Syndrome”, Mandolen found herself immensely humbled by the incredible rare disease patient advocates she spoke with. Living with rare diseases herself, the opportunity to connect with our new friends was definitely not “another day at the office”! We especially want to thank @lillystairs for her tireless work in the patient advocacy realm, as well as her support of #MullMentum! by @mullmentum
