Read this when you feel like giving up…

Fastest 10km! 12th in my age group! And the biggest win? Getting out of my own head.

That voice telling me I can’t do it, to slow down, to stop… it didn’t win this time.

Turns out the real shift isn’t physical, it’s mental.

Saving this as proof that I’m capable of more than I think 🤍
