That's a wrap on the very first Elevate to Great cohort! 🎉

Six Thursdays, six sessions on finance, branding, digital marketing, AI, strategy and mindset, and one brilliant group of female business owners who showed up every week ready to learn, share and grow.

We asked a few of our Belfast ladies to sum up how they're feeling now that they've finished.

Watch and see what they said 👇

Thank you to every participant, to our fantastic trainers, and to The National Lottery Community Fund for making this programme possible. 💗

📣 Want to be part of the next one?

We're running two more cohorts in the first half of 2027, with dates to be confirmed soon. If you've been trading for less than three years and you're ready to take your business to the next level, register your interest now and you'll be first to hear when places open.

✨ WEEK 6 | ELEVATE TO GREAT 🚀
Final week with @mumsatworkni , Belfast & we're finishing on confidence, mindset & business growth! 💜

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right.” – Henry Ford.

Business isn't about getting it right every time. It's about learning, failing, getting back up and doing it differently. 🫡
And remember, your family and friends don't have to be your biggest cheerleaders online. Find your tribe. Your mentors, peers and fellow business owners will celebrate your wins, lift you through the tough days and remind you of what you're capable of. 🏆

I've definitely found some wonderful women in business of this journey 🙌 powerful connections ~ Matter so much!!

Believe in yourself. Back yourself. Keep showing up. Week 6. Final week. Let's go! 💪✨

We're over half-way!! 🥳🥳 Week 4 was such an educational session on working "on" the business, as opposed to "in" the business - which we all love doing - well that's why we started our wee businesses, right? 🏡🪴

So in the morning, Anne @morrliving_anne kindly helped us prioritise our strategies to sustain a healthy pipeline, and we took away a big folder full of homework to continue all the great work 📈

The afternoon session by Sharron @mollyandmecandles🕯was so insightful, where we considered our branding, our pricing, our market positioning, and honestly, I have a lot to think about! But I do have some gorgeous gifted wax melts to burn whilst I work through everything, so I'm feeling very grateful 💕

I definitely need to:
START - Expanding my network 👋🏼
DO MORE - Ring-fence dedicated diary time for admin
DO LESS - Procrastination!!! 🙃
STOP - Feeling so guilty about "me" time 🏋‍♀️

Thanks so much to @mumsatworkni and @tnlcommunityfund for all the wonderful training every week. I can't believe how fast the weeks are flying in 🙈🙈

If anyone would like to find out more about my wee business, or just make a new connection over a coffee, reach out and let's connect 👋🏼

Over and out from Week 4 ✅️
