POSTS STORIES REELS

If you’ve ever wondered who’s behind Mums of Beaconsfield… 👋🏻❤️

I thought it was about time I properly introduced myself!

I’m Kirsty, a mum of three, and I’m the face behind Mums of Beaconsfield.

I absolutely LOVE running this page, sharing all the brilliant things happening locally and discovering the amazing businesses, places and people we have right on our doorstep.

But alongside Mums of Beaconsfield, I’ve also been busy working on something of my own… 🛍

Towards the end of last year I trained @londoncollegeofstyle to become a qualified Personal Stylist and Colour Specialist, and I’ve since launched my own personal styling business, Kirsty Rebecca Style.

Over on @kirstyrebeccastyle, I will be sharing lots of fashion and styling inspiration, colour advice, outfit ideas, local finds and a little bit more of me too!

And this weekend I reached another very exciting milestone… my new website went LIVE! 🥂🍾

So if you enjoy the fashion bits I share on here, or just fancy following along with what I’m up to outside of Mums of Beaconsfield, I’d absolutely love you to come over and follow me at @kirstyrebeccastyle. ❤️

And a huge THANK YOU, as always, for following and supporting Mums of Beaconsfield - it really does mean a lot.

Kirsty xx

🎶 Follow the yellow brick road 🎶 👟👠🩴🥾

Where will it lead you today? 🎃🪄🧙🏽‍♂️

The spooooooky trail ends here. 🕸️🕷️👻

Happy Halloween to all of those celebrating tonight, creating magic at their doorstep for all the visiting ghouls or simply staying awake long enough to pick up their rather worse-for-wear monster from a friend’s party.

Anyone jumped on that train yet?

We have!

Here’s a sneak peak of the fun to be had in Oxford, if you do venture out.

See locations from Harry Potter 🪄🧙‍♂️and His Dark Materials 🐻‍❄️

Visit the Bodleian library @bodlieanlibraries, the second largest library in Britain and home to over 13 million printed items (ok we know this isn’t selling it to the kids, but you also feel like you have gone into a Harry Potter film set, so maybe that will).

The Natural History museum @morethanadodo which houses the dodo that inspired Lewis Carroll and many of the costumes from His Dark Materials (as well as 7 million natural history and scientific specimens). It’s also FREE!

All the colleges (of which the dining hall at Christchurch is another Harry Potter film location).

And shops and cafés galore.

Have you jumped on that train yet?

Go, go, go

✨ A little self-care was just what I needed! ✨

After a horrendous week last week, I decided it was time to take a little time out for myself and booked in with the lovely Candice @candice_yourskin360 for a relaxing facial.

And it was exactly what I needed!

From the moment I arrived, I felt relaxed and completely looked after. An hour to switch off, unwind and forget about everything else.

Sometimes life gets a little overwhelming, and it’s so important to take a moment for yourself.

Thank you, Candice, for a lovely treatment. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and with glowing skin!

A little reminder that self care isn’t a luxury, sometimes it’s exactly what we need. 💕

‘How long is this going to take, mum?’

‘Well .... it is a delicious hot chocolate @benedictsbeaconsfield and you have already had your walk. So now it’s time for my reward.’

Dialogue with your dog.

All the Sunday morning vibes.
