Some of the most beautiful patterns are the ones we find in a flower 🌸 We’re so pleased to welcome Muniza, our new facilitator, to the Just Be Family. Rooted in floral tradition, she is fascinated by the relationship between mathematics, spirituality, nature, and beauty, and she brings that curiosity into her drawing and painting sessions. 👩‍🎨 Together, you’ll explore the geometry of flowers and plants, and the structure of Islamic patterns, with room for colour and your own expression. Her sessions are open for booking. Tap the link in our bio to reserve your spot, or call or WhatsApp us on 056 690 4222 with any questions. We’d love to see you there. 💌 #JustBe #GeometryOfFlowers #IslamicGeometry #DubaiArtists #WellbeingDubai [art workshop Dubai, Islamic geometric art class, floral geometry, drawing and painting session, wellbeing center Dubai] by @muniza.geometry
The Geometry of Flowers returns to hikma rituals 🌸 Beginning with just a compass, ruler and pencil, we’ll explore the underlying geometry of flowers, moving from the Seed of Life into more complex patterns, overlapping circles and repeating forms, before bringing our creations to life through colour and our own creative expression. For those who joined our first Geometry of Flowers workshop, this session will build on what we explored together, with an opportunity to take your practice further. Joining us for the first time? You’re very welcome too. We’ll guide you step by step through the foundations, so no previous experience with geometry or drawing is needed. Come with curiosity and a willingness to discover the patterns held within the natural world. 🌿 Spaces are limited. Book via the link in our bio. by @muniza.geometry
Back at it again with some geometry art alongside my favourite geometry artist, Muniza. ✨ The last class I took with her was all about mosaics, and this time we learned how to use a compass to create our own geometric flowers — inspired by the beautiful origins and traditions of Arabic art. Even better, it was held at one of my favourite places, Hikma Apothecary. I always love taking classes there; it is such a calming, thoughtful space. After a very fun but busy weekend, this was the perfect way to slow down, zone out, and feel centred again. 🌿 #GeometryArt #ArabicArt #HikmaApothecary #creativewellness @muniza.geometry @hikma.rituals by @muniza.geometry

There is a geometry held within the natural world🌿 In the unfolding of petals, the repetition of forms and the symmetry of a blossom, flowers reveal patterns of remarkable beauty and precision, inviting us to contemplate the sacred intentionality woven into creation. Join us at hikma rituals for The Geometry of Flowers, a hands-on workshop exploring six-fold symmetry and the Seed of Life through the art of geometric construction. Guided by artist and educator @muniza.geometry , we’ll begin with compass, ruler and pencil, learning how simple circles and lines can unfold into intricate floral forms. From there, you’ll create your own geometric flower, bringing it to life through colour, pattern and personal expression. No previous experience is needed. Simply come with curiosity and a willingness to discover the patterns held within the natural world. Sunday, 13 September | 6–8pm hikma rituals apothecary Alserkal Avenue, Lane 4, 23b Places are limited. Link in bio to book 🌿 by @muniza.geometry
