Twenty years of us. 🤍

Looking back, I can see how much I’ve grown within this marriage. So much of that growth has come from learning to see myself more honestly.

A partner is a mirror, and also a teacher. Sharing a life with you has shown me my strengths, my limitations, my flaws, and the parts of myself I’m still learning to understand. Some lessons have been uncomfortable. Some have taken years to sink in- perhaps still sinking in 😂

There is something humbling about growing alongside someone who has known so many versions of you. We have both changed over these twenty years, and I hope, there is still so much to discover about each other.

Thank you for inspiring me to be a better version of myself everyday and thank you for loving every version of me.

Happy 20th anniversary @metajared ILY🤍

Based in Malaysia, member MunKeat (@MunKeat) photographs weddings with a classic, timeless eye and a warmth that feels familiar even if it’s the first time you see one of his images. He often works with both film and digital, choosing what feels right for each moment.

The result is photographs you’ll want to come back to years from now, for the memories and all the little feelings that come with them.

Breaking away from tradition, Kay embraced the mood of the evening in a striking black wedding gown by @thegownatelier . Modern in silhouette yet rooted in Chinese heritage, the embroidered design was punctuated by an oversized crimson bow that swept into a dramatic train, echoing the rich palette of the celebration.

As the Managing Director of @dressingpaula , Kay's wedding wardrobe was never going to follow convention. Every look felt unmistakably her - edgy, modern and effortlessly chic.

For her white gown, she chose a strapless A-line gown that was fluid in movement with a thigh-high slit, allowing her to socialise effortlessly from table to table.

After that, Kay changed into a custom @aliabastaman.atelier dress that carried her seamlessly from yum seng to the afterparty. To close the night, she embraced colour once again in a striking red toga by Alia Bastaman with sculpted pleats and fluid draping.

Celebrating Kay and Damien. When @kay.chows first described her vision, she kept coming back to one feeling - she wanted the evening to be sexy, dark and effortlessly stylish.

We drew inspiration from the golden age of Manhattan jazz and the glamour of Old Shanghai, creating an evening that felt intimate, stylish and effortlessly seductive. The ballroom was dressed in rich velvet drapery, warm table lamps and moody florals in deep shades of crimson, setting the scene for a night that unfolded at its own pace. @dashalogan began with timeless jazz classics before easing into soulful R&B, carrying the evening from a 7-course dinner well into the night.

Guests arrived dressed to the nines, but there was nothing stiff or overly formal about the evening. It felt like a room full of close friends brought together for an unforgettable night at an exclusive supper club, where good food, great music and even better company took centre stage.
