Oxford Half Marathon ✅ - 1:38:27!

Shoot for the stars. Land on the moon. Over the moon. 7 minute PB from last year. Honest reflection of current status. Gave it a good go and got mines.

B-race executed to perfection. Good marker to see where I’m at currently of the back of a 70km week and also a debut PB donning the @western_tempo colours!

Few more weeks of training left before tapering into a full send!

CARDIFF 10KM ✅ - Official chip time 44:24!

I won’t bore you with how much work I’ve put in for this result but this is proof that you Can’t Cheat The Work.

Definitely want to give a special thank you to everyone at @western_tempo who set such high standards week in week out and whom I’ve had the pleasure of chasing around the parks and track.

September 2026…285km later!

Relapsed on my shoe addiction
I genuinely should have been an F1 driver
Another solid month of graft under the belt
Legs and lungs feeling the strongest they ever have
A few PBs along the way and back to enjoying races
Taper has begun for my final person race of the year
All whilst settling into a new job with a commute

Time to get as fresh as possible and trust the work I’ve done!

August 2026…300km later!

VO2 Max going up
Most mileage ever
Run club sessions getting ticked off
Engine feeling good, body is feeling good
Slapped some serious tarmac this month
I’m a mad man for starting a new job and HM block at the same time
Grabbed August by the scruff of the neck and basically told it what’s what!

It’s never easy, everyday has its own challenges and motivation definitely doesn’t exist for me anymore. Discipline and consistency one day at a time.

Bring on September 😤

HM training is in full swing
More racing, more vibes
Big life changes made
Played padel for the first time
Meal preps are back in full effect
Went from not eating Nando’s for 2 years to having it 3 times in one month
Legs recovering well from 60km weeks
The work continues…

Saucony 10k ✅ - Official chip time 47:37

Wasn’t the day, doesn’t seem to be the moment but gave it what I had. Feeling pretty low but not going to overthink it. Maybe it’s a bit of over racing? Who knows. At the end of the day it’s just running. Going to take a week off then get back on it.

Great event put on by @thelondon10k, the lads smashed it as usual!

Also a huge well done to everyone who took part in this heat.

Porthcawl 10k ✅ - Official chip time: 48:36

Fun way to end a big week of speed and volume. Coming off the back of Fridays session and the week in general I didn’t have any expectations for this other than just go out and have fun.

Ive done a lot of volume and hard sessions over the past few weeks and now it’s time to taper and get the legs fresh ready for next Sunday!

Well done to everyone who battled out there in the heat 🔥☀️

June 2026 - 184km later….

Me and the boy @jxswn_ finally got our fun race in
Never ever ever ever flying to Paris again
Been putting the work in with WT
I’m definitely a one drink wonder
Italian food peaked for me in Italy
Long runs have been like therapy
Good food is back in full effect
Strength training paying dividends
Who doesnt love new shoes?!

DOLOMITES 🏔️✅

Bucket list holiday ticked. Being in the outdoors, hiking for hours surrounded by constantly breathtaking views and some good food.

Really had to put my Project Manager hat on for this trip and whip out the spreadsheet for the itinerary 😅

Glad I came prepared with @berghausofficial & @merrell apparel

Truly Blessed.
