🇬🇧From a small street in Kadıköy to the 500 Top Bars worldwide. The story of Mathilda's is that of two professionals who knew exactly what they were building, and it still shows in the glass. Homemade electric bitters and ingredients with a precise history and origin. And from October 2025, a second location in Etiler, on the European side of the city: same DNA, different atmosphere, same care. On the Asian side of Istanbul, one of the most interesting mixologies in the Eastern Mediterranean has been born.
