~9 months ago I was having fun after an extreme 38K. Soon after I stupidly injured 🤕 my knee. Hence, few months later I had to go through an ACL surgery. 👨‍⚕️🏥 4 months since then now... and I am back in serious business: 5K run today matching my pre-injury pace! 💪🚀 by @muri.andrei

Ups...I did it again! I think I am in love...🙈😂 Farewell 👋 run🏃 before the surgery 🏥 Yes! 21K!!! Time irrelevant given the conditions. A bit of craziness 😱but the joy at the end totally worth it 😊 🚀 Thank you #palmamarathon2019 See you next time! 👋 by @muri.andrei

Heads-up... very mean post 🤣🤣No likes and/or reactions intended or expected. But it just hit me when walking around today...💡 While ~700M people live with < $2 USD a day and bottom 75% barely own 10% of the total global wealth... many queue at Louis V in Budapest on a random Sunday. Probably not among the 75% 🤣😂 But hey, let’s keep pretending we save the world by not using Starbucks straws 🤣😱🤷‍♂️ Twisted world... 😔 by @muri.andrei

So, today... the day after yesterday and before tomorrow 😂 - step 1 (#1 #2) - we decided to exercise... a lot! 🧗‍♂️ You know... it’s good for health and for my leg🦵
- step 2 (#3) - asked help from the Gods and then... good to go! 🚀
- step 3 (#4 #5) - at least some of us 🎬 and up to one point 🙈
- step 4 (#6) - so we asked more Gods to help! Dragons 🐉 this time! No, not the ones from GoT 🤣 No kingdoms to burn... just some help with some stairs and asking for a good rest of the day and evening
- step 5 (#7 #8) - and good they were! 🙈👙🏙 Apparently the dab impressed them 🤷‍♂️😂 It seems I need to find a new good move for tomorrow 🤔 So going now to sleep 😴 on it! I’ll let you know in 24h time what I came out with 😊 by @muri.andrei
