On Saturday 4/18/26 I attended the @bloodsickproductions Underground Film Festival at @philamoca to screen “Never Fingerbang a Wendigo.” It was an amazing time and a phenomenal experience!

The highlight was getting to meet and hang out with underground filmmaking legend David “The Rock” Nelson. He’s been called the Ed Wood of the 90s and Beyond. I was so inspired by him that I made this short as soon as I got home.

His movie “Gator Man” screened right after “Wendigo,” and no joke, I haven’t experienced a movie theater crowd filled with that much laughter since seeing Farrelly Brothers movies in the 90s.

Highly recommend checking out David Rock Nelson and his work, as well as Blood Sick Productions!

One week from tonight! Blood Sick Underground cinema presents The Philadelphia Premiere of VIOLENT STREETS @philamoca ! Directed by Brad Sykes of @nightfallpix who will be doing a Q&A via zoom after the film. We'll also be joined by Co-Producer @tony_goggles in person who was in charge of restoration of Violent Streets. This movie was shot in 1993-1994 in black & white on glorious VHS but has not been officially released until now. This is only the 2nd time this movie has ever screened anywhere. Come see this rare unearthed street crime romance drama from a highly prolific underground director and SOV legend Brad Sykes!
