Thank you so much to The Jim Henson Foundation and all of the fantastic beautiful folks at HERE and my amazing partner the talented co-director Doug Fitch, our music director and composer MUR, our additional composer and Vietnamese culture consult Hao Le, our stage manager Agnes Loukine(Lady Trieu), puppet captains Avery Vang(Kim) and Paige Vang(Kieu), puppet leads Julia Mukai(Cory) and Kylie McLaughlin(Quinn and Nancy) and Nicole Altan(Mann), and our props master Jesse Glass(Fluff) and our amazing musical cast for making Ms. Pham Magnificent. Thank you to everyone who came and supported us. The show sold out incredibly fast and we tried to squeeze as many folks through the doors. We are PUPPETUAL MOTION @puppetualmotion Thank you mom. This is my Mother’s Day gift to you much in advance. Her birthday is on National Coming Out Day so… I don’t want to say that my queerness is her birthday gift but she has been my everything. Immigrants not only belong but keep this country running. @staramerasu I have been a fan for so long that I get giddy every time I hear Aww Yeah. You sung the heck out of the role. So powerful, free, and gorgeous. Yay dolls. The crowd was always rooting for you. Thank you. @jadeamberlitaker your voice, intonation and tremendous talent allowed my team to tell our story. I was always in tears. You sung a whole world into Kim. Thank you. @musicalmari_12 you guided us through the story with such clarity and elegance and fun. Wow. Thank you homestate girl. @havancloud you rocked that scene so good. I love what you’re doing and maybe that style and music deserves a whole spin off show. Thank you. @mai_kimnguyen that flute. Damn. You, of course make Claire Chase proud. Doug was going to ask Claire for some flute music but Hao found you and you are also a star. Thank you for your consultation and deep dive into our culture to make it all the better in possibly representing all of our people. Thank you See you all again very soon! Thank you Mike and Junko and pookie for always supporting us @mdupler222 Thank you for taking these photos from the rehearsal @aamynhi and @sofia.bruno.41006 these are gorgeous. #puppet #wow by @murnewyork
