Even Michael Myers is ready to settle down. Apparently, he just needed the right house. 🎃🏡

A little less slashing, a little more relaxing at 15249 Sassafras Drive in Strongsville.

With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a kitchen island, and a spacious backyard, there’s plenty of room to enjoy your softer side. Add in a remodeled primary bath, new windows in 2025, and several other recent updates, and you can see why Michael’s making himself at home.

Shopping, dining, and the Cleveland Metroparks round out the reasons to stay. And this guy knows a thing or two about never wanting to leave. 😂

Message me for details or to schedule your own private showing. Michael isn’t included.

On Thursdays, we wear Mane Capital and pull up a chair with our favorite mortgage crew. 💁‍♂️

Every Thursday, the On The Block crew heads to Mane Capital for training, working side by side, and building relationships that go beyond a group text. We talk through real scenarios, bounce ideas around, and learn from each other so we can show up stronger for our clients.

A little real estate. A little mortgage talk. A lot of personality.

And yes, you CAN sit with us. 🖤 Agents from all brokerages are welcome! We love collaborating and getting to know others in the industry. Want to join us? Just reach out, and we’ll save you a seat.

When Cleveland Real Producers called about featuring my team and me in their magazine, I was truly honored. Getting to share that spotlight with this crew makes it even better.

But of course, we’re not exactly your normal real estate team. So alongside the professional photos, we had to sneak in a little Bayside High. 😂🔔

We went full Saved by the Bell, because if you give me a reason to dress like Screech, I’m taking the whole team with me.

Different neighborhoods. Different personalities. One block. And apparently, one very specific dress code.

I’m terrible at keeping secrets. Especially ones with this much curb appeal. 🤫

Something good is coming to Strongsville, and this is just a little peek. The address? The details? When you can get inside? All in good time.

For now, send this to someone whose house hunt could use a plot twist. 👀🏡

Every neighborhood has its heroes. Yours just happen to carry lockboxes and have very strong opinions about listing photos. 💥🏡

Meet ON THE BLOCK GROUP.

Eight distinct personalities. One shared mission: helping you buy, sell, and invest in Northeast Ohio real estate with people who know their neighborhoods and have your back.

Our superpowers? Creative marketing. Local knowledge. Finding solutions when things get complicated. And telling you what you need to hear, even when “this house has potential” is doing some very heavy lifting. 😂

From Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights, and University Heights to North Olmsted, Olmsted Falls, and Westlake, and throughout Greater Cleveland and Akron, we’re your neighborhood Realtors. You’ll find us at local coffee shops, community events, and occasionally wearing wildly unnecessary costumes.

Swipe to meet the team. Then send us a message when you’re ready for your next chapter.

Looking to buy, sell, or invest? We’re On The Block and READY TO ROCK. ⚡️

Buying a home? The asking price is only part of the conversation. 👀🏡

Chris Bullock from CrossCountry Mortgage breaks down a 2-1 buydown for Will and Jenice from On The Block Group, explaining how a seller contribution can help lower a buyer’s monthly mortgage payment during the first two years.

For buyers, that could mean some breathing room as you settle into your new home. For sellers, it’s another option to discuss when negotiating an offer.

The key? Understanding the numbers, including what your payment will be when that temporary help ends.

At On The Block Group, conversations like these help us guide buyers and sellers across Greater Cleveland and Akron with clear explanations and options tailored to their goals. 🏡

Curious how a buydown could fit into your home purchase or selling strategy? Let’s start a conversation. 📲

Haters will say its AI but these pictures are 1000% authentic 😂

Y’all aren’t even ready for what we have coming this October and beyond… 🎃👀

I’m making it a goal to throw at least one local event every single month — and with partners like these, why wouldn’t I?

We had way too much fun with this photoshoot. Ginger Kate always somehow has me doing something ridiculous, and Kayla, owner of Fifth Gear, was the perfect addition to the chaos. 😂

This is exactly what I want On The Block to be about: real estate, local businesses, community, great people, and having a hell of a lot more fun than the competition.

Keep your eyes on our socials because we’ve got a lot coming up this fall and beyond.

I am officially on a mission to become the most entertaining (and possibly weirdest) man in real estate. 😂🎃
