Murray Hill Moves isn’t your average wellness event. It’s local fitness, fresh air, and neighborhood energy all in one morning. Think workouts in the park, yoga under the trees, coffee in hand, and a lineup of local vendors bringing the good stuff.

Our mission:
Make wellness approachable, community focused, and just the right amount of weird, like Murray Hill itself.

Because when neighbors move together, the whole community gets stronger.
