Today we officially received our North Lanarkshire Employer Charter Gold Award, becoming the 100th organisation to achieve this recognition.

This award isn’t just about policies or accreditation it’s about our people. It recognises our commitment to creating opportunities, investing in our team and building a workplace we’re all proud to be part of.

To celebrate the milestone we created a bespoke ‘100’ floral display using reclaimed timber from previous landscaping projects, reflecting our passion for sustainability and creativity.

A huge thank you to North Lanarkshire Council, the Lord Provost and most importantly our incredible team.

This achievement belongs to every one of you.

This award recognises where we are today. What excites us most is where we’re going next…. taken in Motherwell, North Lanarkshire by @murraylandscapes

A big thank you to the team 👏

It’s been a particularly busy couple of weeks at Murray Landscapes, with a few unexpected challenges along the way and the start of another new grounds maintenance contract.

Through it all the team has pulled together, worked incredibly hard and kept things moving across the sites we maintain.

It’s been a real team effort and I want everyone to know that their hard work and commitment haven’t gone unnoticed.

Proud of the team we’ve got. Thank you, everyone! taken in Motherwell, North Lanarkshire by @murraylandscapes

We’re currently exploring opportunities with our clients to introduce more wildflower areas across the sites we maintain. 🌱🌼

The latter stages of summer are a great time to sow wildflowers, creating valuable habitats for bees, butterflies and other pollinators.
