It's been two weeks since being lucky enough to meet @hotmulligan before their show in Brighton, but I'm still buzzing from it. Good dudes, backed hard 🤜🤛

Was dope to chat with @chrsfrmn while I waited for @kimburfie and @fix.your.hearts to show up, then everybody was cool enough to sit and talk with us 💜

They were also kind enough to let us snag some pics - shouts to @kaydargs and @jacobgzellar for taking the photos 🏆

I broke my ankle at 16, the surgeons messed up the operation. I've had chronic pain, been unable to run and walked with a limp since.

This June I had a minor road accident that left me with a permanent knee injury. On my good leg.

I was pretty down when I first realised. But then decided to try use it as motivation to start exercising for the first time in decades.

It's only been a couple of months since I started (and I had to take 2-3 weeks out for rest during COVID) but I'm really proud with my progress so far.

First time in my life I've been able to motivate myself to start - and keep up - a healthy routine like this 😊 by @murtaman

@beautyschooluk killed it at @heartbreakersbarvenue a couple weeks back. One of the UK's best 🤠🥛 by @murtaman

So incredibly proud of @harmony_adventures for all the cool things she's made happen for herself recently. But also just for being such an all-round incredibly kind, thoughtful, intelligent, creative, funny and humble person 🩷

In spite of having to deal with a few challenging things recently, she just held her first Drag N Draw session (as @louisthedraggeezer) at the amazing @department_ryde

It was such a fun night and the feedback I heard from guests was amazing, people saying things like it was exactly what they needed, it was the most fun they've had in years, it left them inspired to do more, how they feel like they made a new group of friends etc.

It's amazing how she can use her talents for comedy, art, performance and making people feel comfortable to facilitate such exciting events.

Harmony really is the perfect name for her. I could never sing her praises enough 💖 by @murtaman

When random evenings with no plans still feel like fun little date nights 🌅

Love how just popping out for a quick bike ride or down to the high street can turn into mini adventures when you're pottering about in good company 🩷 by @murtaman

Happy Birthday @harmony_adventures

You're legit the best person I've ever met and you deserve every birthday to be happier than the last 🎂

Been such a fun weekend already 🎉 by @murtaman

Went on a spontaneous Wednesday bike ride after work a few weeks back with @harmony_adventures and found a couple of new spots we didn't know were hiding in the local area 🏞️🌼 by @murtaman

Yesterday's gorgeous sunset bike ride through Parkhurst Forest with the best person 🌳💚

I"m never going to take for granted all the natural beauty I have on my doorstep these days. Not the beautiful person I'm lucky enough to share it with.

Harmony's recently gotten into bird spotting/bird song (new special interest UNLOCKED 🐦) and she was stoked to both hear and see a song thrush for the first time!

(I still have thousands of photos from last year I want to get posted from various little adventures, but this is one of the rare times I actually make a post within 24 hours of capturing 📸) by @murtaman

These pics/videos were auto-picked by Google Photos and just popped up, some super fun memories from my favourite holiday ever 💚 by @murtaman

Spent Thursday night being hella festive with my favourite, @harmony_adventures 🎄🎅 by @murtaman
