POSTS STORIES REELS

On the 28th of February I received an email that changed my world entirely. I have been working and designing this project for nearly two years. After my #IVLP experience, I met with some youthled organisations that helped give the project the direction it needed.

I can't wait for everyone to see the The HELM Project in its full glory. Special thanks to IVLP Impact Awards for the honour and ability to impact my community with this project.

Read more about the project below.

Officially a Blue Badge Partner with Christ Embassy Loveworld.

A great achievement for me in the year of the gathering clouds. Dare I say the biggest achievement.

It was truly a great experience being at #IPPC2022.

Can't wait to do it bigger and better next year.

I am now a movie producer and script writer by proxy.

I can't wait to see you all in the cinema.

Oct 30th.

Did you see the movie? What did you love about it?

You can invest in the best natural hair oils, butters and shampoos and still struggle to retain length if your haircare routine isn't working for your hair.

Here's what matters just as much as the products you use:
✨ How you detangle your hair
✨ How you moisturise and protect it
✨ How you handle your hair during styling
✨ How consistently you follow a healthy natural haircare routine

Remember, hair growth and length retention are not the same thing. Your hair may be growing from the scalp, but breakage can prevent you from seeing that length.

At Alira Beauty, we believe in combining thoughtful natural haircare products with the right techniques, knowledge and consistency.

Because healthy natural hair isn't just about what you apply. It's about how you care for it. 🤎

Save this video as a reminder, and tell me: What's one natural haircare habit you're working on improving?

Sing and Praise even in the storm. The Lord is your foundation. You will stand firm even in the day of adversity.

“Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”
Psalms 23:4 NIV

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: And I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.”
Psalm 23:6 KJV

A slow massage. The calming scent of lavender, rose and chamomile. The nourishing touch of argan oil.

Made for those moments when the day has taken its toll and all you need is to unwind, ease muscle tension and settle into a more restful evening.

Sometimes, care is simply being held a little longer.

10 budget-friendly healthy habits that could transform your well-being

You don't need an expensive skincare routine, a gym membership or fancy supplements to start taking better care of yourself.

Sometimes, the changes that matter begin with the little things you do every day.

💧 Drink water regularly.
📵 Stop reaching for your phone first thing.
☀️ Get some morning daylight.
🚶🏽‍♀️ Move your body in ways you enjoy.
🥜 Choose nourishing snacks.
🍲 Plan your meals ahead.
🍊 Eat more fruit.
💩 Pay attention to your digestive health.
🌿 Make time to pause and reset.
🙏🏽 Start and end your day with God.

Simple? Yes. Meaningless? Absolutely not.

Your everyday habits can support your energy, digestion, sleep, mental well-being and overall health. And when you care for your body consistently, you're also investing in your long-term well-being.

At Alira Beauty, we believe beauty goes beyond what you apply to your skin and hair. It's about caring for yourself from the inside out, making informed choices and embracing nature as a first solution where appropriate.

You don't have to change your entire life today. Start with one habit. Build consistency. Then keep going. 🤎

📌 SAVE this carousel as your reminder to make time for yourself.

💬 Now, be honest: Which of these 10 habits do you struggle with the most?

Day3

Looking back I am grateful for how far this business has come. It hasn't been easy and there were many moments of doubt and fear and sometimes there still is.

However something has stayed consistent!

It's the many ways #nature has inspired me to create solutions to beauty problems and now I get to combine this with wholebody wellness.

To my Alira Queens and Kings and #naturelovers let's go on this amazing journey together.
