A little art delivery! 🤗🎨❤️
There’s something special about seeing a piece leave my hands and find its way to its new home.
@musau_ , thank you for giving this piece a home! 🥹

Slowly but surely, my art is finding its way into the world, one piece at a time.

And honestly, that feeling never gets old.❤️❤️❤️ by @musau_

MUSAU — THE MIND BEHIND SHRAP’S GROWTH

As the manager behind 'ShrapGod' Boutross, Musau Kimethu played a key role in giving Shrap the space and direction to grow beyond just a sound. What started around Nairobi evolved into a bigger musical identity, with Musau helping shape the strategy, opportunities and vision around the movement.

He was managing Boutross as he was helping build a music start-up around a genre with the potential to become something much bigger.

Black Boy Joy looks like this. ⚽🖤

A Saturday spent doing what we love, with good people, great energy, and a purpose bigger than the game.

Huge love to everyone who pulled up for Kick For Her in support of ending period shame and helping more young girls access menstrual products. Every pass, tackle, laugh, and goal contributed to something that truly matters.

Big congratulations to Team @abud_omar_66 for taking home the win with a 3-1 victory over Team @sammyro_ . 👏🏾🏆

Here’s to brotherhood, community, choosing joy, staying active, and creating spaces where men can simply exist, laugh, compete, and show up for each other. More football. More purpose. More Black Boy Joy.

Until the next one. 🤝⚽

🍃⚽️ JUNE AT THC FC ⚽️🍃

Happy New Month and welcome to June, Ballerz. 💚

As we mark Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, it’s a good reminder of why THC FC exists.

We’re not just a football team.

We’re a community built around football therapy, friendship, wellness, culture and sports entertainment. Every Thursday, we create a space where people can switch off from the pressures of life, stay active, connect with others and simply enjoy the beautiful game.

Whether you’re scoring goals, making tackles, creating content, supporting from the sidelines or just showing up for the vibes, you’re part of what makes this community special.

This month, will focus on:
⚽ Consistency on the pitch
💚 Looking after our mental and physical wellbeing
🤝 Building stronger friendships and team chemistry
🏆 Preparing for more tournaments and experiences ahead
📸 Creating memorable moments together

THC FC continues to grow because of the people behind it. Every player, supporter, creative and partner contributes to the culture we’re building.

More Than Football.
Football Therapy. Community. Culture. Sports Entertainment.

See you every Thursday at Milimani Primary Turf. 👊🏾🍃⚽️ taken in Nairobi, Kenya by @musau_
