Redirecting… Reinventing… Rebuilding…🧱🛠️

Life has been chaotic lately to say the least. I am extremely grateful for all the love and support in both my personal and business life.🙏🏼

I’ve been pouring a lot of heart and effort into this project, all while going and growing through some of life's toughest tests for me to date. There has been lots of sweat and some tears, but thankfully, no blood! 😅

There are a lot of exciting things coming up for myself and clients in the upcoming months! Keep an eye out for my relaunch offers, selective/limited preferred program spots, and raffle giveaways for sessions and self-care products!

I am truly grateful for all the love and support! Looking forward to continuing to level up my business and services to keep providing high-quality, unmatched bodywork services for everyone.🤝🙌🏼🙏🏼

Letting my 10-year-old earn his allowance and video game privileges for the summer. 😂

My clients come from all walks of life! From one of the best Jiu-Jitsu world champions today, to busy professionals in their fields, to a devoted mom raising two children under the age of two.

Different lifestyles. Different demands on the body. But the need for recovery, self-care, and healing is something we all share.

Here are a few testimonials from my clients, and I’m truly grateful they were willing to let me record and share their experiences.🙏🏼🥹

Wishing my friend Kody @kody_steelebjj a safe and successful trip as he heads to Abu Dhabi for UFC 333! Had the pleasure to get him all tuned up as he finished a successful fight camp. Make sure to tune in and watch him in action on Oct 24th. He’s one of the most exciting and well-rounded lightweight fighters in the game today! He’s ready to put on an absolute show and bring home another Fight and Performance of the Night bonuses! 👊🏼🔥💰

I appreciate your trust and support over the years brother.🙏🏼 LFG KODY!!!!!

Neck pain/stiffness can really affect our daily life negatively. Some common complaints I often encounter here at my studio including neck pain that causes a burning sensation in the upper traps and neck, stiffness that restricts neck mobility (such as difficulty checking blind spots while driving/rotations or looking upward/extension), and tension headaches stemming from neck pain.

Shoutout to my friend @justybabe7
I appreciate your ongoing support over the years Justin! 🙏🏼🙂

We are all guilty of it, myself included…We take better care of our cars than our bodies.😩 Let’s do better.

Which one of these do you think is the spookiest???🫣 I’ve been in the field for a decade, and I’ve heard and experienced so many horror stories that it’s too overwhelming to share them all at once or fit them into a single post!😅😬
