We are 4 whole books into our Inner Chapter Book Club and this month we embraced the beautiful sensuality of LIFE and OURSELVES by reading Sensual Living in Not So Sensual Times by @vashtis_temple and our meet up was so fufilling! We tapped into our senses, shared our insights inspired by the book and basked in the essence of Vashti’s wisdom and offerings. You just had to be there! Thank you everyone who joined us! We are taking September off and will be back into the good reads in October! ✨ #atlbookclub #museawakened #freedomsanctuary #senses #feelings by @muse.awakened

The glow ebbs & flows as life… lifes - not because it’s gone, but because it’s resting. If you’ve been moving slower, crying more, or needing extra quiet lately… this one’s for you. You’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re not starting over you’re returning to yourself. Save this and speak these affirmations aloud. Tag a sister who needs to hear this today! #GetYourSparkBack #MuseAwakened #SelfLoveAffirmations #RestIsResistance #AffirmationsForWomen #SoulCare #GentleReminders by @muse.awakened
Our first Sacred Silence Women’s Day Retreat was a dream rooted in intention, softness, and soul. 🤍 This was our second offering as @muse.awakened hosted in February, and wowww… the energy was truly sacred from start to finish!! Held at the beautiful @_freedomsanctuary_ , we created a space where BIPOC women in the creative + healing worlds could unplug from the noise and return home to themselves. @solfulakili led us through some@gentle yoga, @keyonnasingletary grounded us through a breathwork experiment, and collectively we honored a full hour of pure, uninterrupted silence - no phones, no talking, just space to reflect, restore, and return to ourselves. Every single detail was poured into with so much love the tea, the energy curated, the playlist, the pillows, the pause. We wanted this space to feel like a deep exhale… and it did. 🤍 Thank you to the women who trusted us!! Thank you @giuliasoleil__ for capturing the beauty of the day. And thank you Great Spirit for guiding this vision. We’ve got more in store 🤭 more things to awaken the muse in you, more soft spaces, more connection like this. This is just the beginning! #SacredSilence #MuseAwakened #FreedomSanctuaryATL #IntentionalRest #YogaAndStillness #AtlantaWellnessCommunity #HealingInSisterhood #SoftSpacesForSoftSouls #CreativeWomenRest #NervousSystemReset #BlackGirlMagicInRealLife by @muse.awakened
