France has become so much more than just a destination to me.

My husband is French, and with his family living here, France has been part of our lives and our story for many years. Somewhere along the way, it started to feel a little like home, too.

This summer, we gathered in the beautiful French countryside to celebrate the wedding of my brother-in-law and his wonderful wife. A weekend filled with laughter, emotion, long dinners and all those little moments you never forget.

And of course, I couldn’t completely leave my camera at home.

There is something I truly love about weddings in France. The beautiful landscapes, the long tables, the effortless way celebrations unfold and the feeling of bringing people, families and sometimes even different cultures together.

I speak German, French and English, and I would love to tell more love stories here.

From elegant city weddings in Paris to sun-soaked celebrations in Provence, relaxed weekends on the Vendée coast or romantic celebrations in Normandy. I have a feeling France and I have many more stories ahead. 🤍
