Trying to figure out where you fit in media? Or what that next step could actually look like?

Come hear from women who’ve taken different routes, learned along the way, and are still building careers that make sense for them.

Alexis is one of the voices joining us on September 16th to share what her journey from student media to local news production has looked like so far. 🦋

Come with questions and leave with a little more clarity.

Meet the Muse: Alexis Rejouis ✨

A @famusjgc82 alum, Alexis built her foundation in journalism through student media, internships, and hands-on storytelling before pursuing her master’s at @columbia with her sights set on building a digital media company of her own.

From the newsroom to building something bigger, Alexis’ journey is still unfolding — and at So You Wanna Be A Journalist?, we’re making space for conversations about where a career in media can take you.

Join us on September 16th if journalism is calling your name, but you’re still figuring out where to start.

Sometimes, the story finds you.

For Naomi, journalism has meant showing up for communities, asking the right questions, and telling the stories that matter long after the cameras stop rolling.

That’s the kind of perspective we’re bringing to the conversation on September 16th at So You Wanna Be A Journalist?🦋

Hear from Naomi and the women making their mark in journalism — one story at a time.
