I’m in my era of giving myself and everybody else a little more grace. 🤍 Life isn’t a race, nobody has it all figured out, and we’re all just trying to make the best decisions with the knowledge, experiences, and resources we have at the time. Some days we get it right, some days we learn the hard way, and some days we’re just winging it and hoping for the best. 😂

I’m learning that growth doesn’t mean having all the answers. Sometimes it just means being willing to learn, unlearn, start over, and give yourself permission to be a work in progress. 🌱✨

We’re all figuring it out as we go. Be kind to yourself. Be kind to others. We’re all human. 🫶🏽

Dallas said FASHION, ART & CREATIVITY… and baby, THEY ATE. 😮‍💨🤎✨

Had the chance to experience EMERGE Dallas, and let’s just say my camera roll understood the assignment. 😂📸 From the runway looks to the incredible designers, artists, and performers, this event was a whole experience!

Shoutout to Cotera, Neptune’s Mun, Saint Lamo, Jhonny Damnd, and all the creatives who brought their visions to life. 🖤🎨

Fashion is art, self-expression, and a little bit of “where can I get that outfit?” 😭😂

Dallas creatives, keep doing your thing! We need MORE nights like this. And next time… somebody put me on the runway! 👀🤣

DEATHROW DIARIES: EPISODE 2

🎶 I’m a survivor, I’m gonna make it… 🎶

And baby, after this Deathrow workout, I deserve to sing that song at the top of my lungs because WHY AM I FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE AGAIN?! 😭😂

Y’all, this is episode 2, and apparently I didn’t learn my lesson the first time. I really came BACK voluntarily. Somebody check on me because clearly I’m not making sound decisions. 💀

The workout was disrespectful, my legs were filing a formal complaint, and my lungs were somewhere trying to contact management. 😂

But you know what? We don’t quit over here! We sweat, we struggle, we question our existence, and then we get LOUD cheering everybody else on like we aren’t fighting for the last breath of our lives. 😭👏🏽

One thing about Deathrow, though — the energy and community are unmatched! Everybody is motivating you, pushing you, and making sure you don’t give up… even when your body has already clocked out. 😂💪🏽

At this point, Deathrow is becoming a weekly episode of “How Much Can She Take?” and apparently, we’re going to keep finding out. 🤣

If you see me out there, just know I’m either surviving, cheering somebody on, or asking how many exercises we have left. 😂

EPISODE 2: SURVIVED. BARELY. WILL RETURN. 🫡🔥

you decided to stop ordering out and start romanticizing cooking at home. 🤭🥩🥔🌱

Tonight’s menu: juicy steak, crispy seasoned potatoes & buttery asparagus because a good meal really does make everything feel better. 🤌🏽

There’s just something about cooking for yourself, putting on some music, pouring a little drink, and making an ordinary night feel ✨intentional✨.

10/10 would make this again.

Went to Deathrow in Dallas and immediately started questioning every decision that led me there 😭😂

The energy was HIGH, the workout was disrespectful, and baby… my legs are STILL processing what happened. 💀

I came in thinking I was about to have a cute little workout and somehow ended up hopping, running, crawling, sweating, fighting for my life AND thanking God for strength all in the same hour. 😂

But honestly, what I loved most was the community. Everybody was so welcoming, encouraging, and motivating. You could literally be fighting for your life one minute and cheering somebody else on the next. 😂💪🏽

And if you know me, you already know I was somewhere being loud, encouraging everybody like I wasn’t two exercises away from collapsing. 😭
