We are all just helping to walk each other back home to love. ❤️

Some people come into our lives so that we can learn deeper self-love. Some people naturally hold up a mirror, shining a light on the places where we have built barriers to love, where we still need to show ourselves more love, and where we are learning to trust love more deeply.

I love this quote by Rumi…

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”

And grief… grief is love, too. We hurt in the places where we care. Grief is the price we pay for loving deeply.

But we cannot fall out of love, because we are love.

We are part of a loving universe. We are not separate from love. We are love. 🙏🏼♥️
