Is it too late for a season recap? 🎵✨ This year was defined by bold new work, powerful performances, and the start of an exciting new chapter. None of it would have been possible without YOU, our extraordinary community of audiences, supporters, staff, musicians, and artists. It has been an absolute joy sharing this season with you! ✨ ➡️ This year in numbers: 🎟️52,000+ audience members attended an MSC show 🎭162 artists were engaged 💕43 people participated in our community programs 🤗54 new donors joined our giving community ➡️ More fun facts for 2025-26: MSC co-produced the Canadian premiere of OCTET with @crowstheatre & @soulpeppertheatre, garnering 2 Toronto Theatre Critics’ Awards & 3 Doras, produced @kevinywong & @ngreen4321’s exciting new musical IN REAL LIFE in collaboration with @theatresheridan, and showcased 4 wonderful new musicals at the second iteration of the Canadian Festival of New Musicals, in partnership with @luminatofestival and @soulpeppertheatre. An enhanced run of NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 ran at the Royal Alexandra Theatre @mirvishproductions, and after providing @rose_napoli & @suzywilde’s beautiful new musical AFTER THE RAIN with our post-premiere development week, the show continued on to wow audiences at the @nac.cna in Ottawa.
