hey! sharing some exciting news today 🌱 one year, fourteen episodes & thirteen guests later, what we find is landing in real life!

friday, may 30th at @murmur.ams in amsterdam! celebrating one year of monthly shows on @radio80000 with special contributions from all over the 🗺️ ! thank you to all the artists so far. so excited for this! & hyped to do it alongside mara & sino -

mara (performing live!)

mara is a composer and curator based in eora / sydney, working and performing in film, dance, and gallery space by combining live viola, spoken word, field recordings, ambient soundscapes. mara’s music has featured on labels like pure space and as part of face ae’s new compilation. her album titled at every corner combines audio recordings from travels with swelling reverbing waves of sounds creating a dreamlike atmosphere of depth and wonder. feeling super lucky to have mara bring this beautiful live performance & world of sound to the night at murmur!

sino

sino is an amsterdam based dj & musician fostering connections by sharing moments through club-culture and online radio. sino has held a residency on ireland’s dublin digital radio for over three years, as well as regularly playing on online stations across europe such as kiosk radio, radio80000, operator radio, radio tnp, callshop radio, and rinse france. his sound weaves between idm, ambient, experimental, and bass music.

what we find host, moves through an ensemble of sounds built on connection and curiosity. Like the monthly series on Radio 80000, the approach is guided by curiosity and nourished by discovery welcoming guests from near and far, to celebrate their own personal contributions to music communities around the globe.

we’ll be starting up around 8 on the night, with mara performing live from around 10pm, so ...come see, come find! we can’t wait 💛
