The body is a reminder of the present moment and an immediate reminder of here-ness and nowness. In a world where dis-embodiment is the norm and our survival instincts drive many to disassociate, being fully in the body is an act of resistance and love. Being in the body offers a world of information. Mindfulness, the practice of conscious, paced awareness, allows us to hear what that information has to say. In this episode of the Alchemized Glory Collective Podcast, we discuss Mindfulness of the Body and using meditation as tool to ground the body in loving light - Metta. Investigating sensations in the body through mindful awareness and meditation, opens our perceptions to the inner terrain. One of my teachers reminded me that the body is Earth. Working with the seasons instead of against the natural flow of Life is how we learn to honor the cycles of the body and become more resilient in times of unease and change. Episode “#24 — Mindfulness of the Body - Guided Insight Meditation & Talk” is now available on all podcast platforms. by @musinginlotus
the aura, etheric body and energy centers are often depleted by not bringing all of our energy and attention into current time. although the energy of each new day may feel familiar, we are presented with new energies and information everyday. this presents us with the opportunity to update the concept of who we are moment by moment. oftentimes, our lack of energy and vitality is due to not making decisions or taking aligned action from a place that is congruent with out present time selves. with new information comes new perspectives. reclaiming our vitality is about using this information to shift our perspective, shift what looks like aligned action, and thereby shifting the outcomes of our efforts. reclaiming our vitality is now available on all podcast platforms. link in bio 🪷 by @musinginlotus
spring is here for real now. for me, spring always shows up with an internal desire to be moving forward and showing up fully in what I'm doing. this level of presence requires we have full access to our vitality and energetic resources. with this budding energy, it's been an important mindfulness practice to pay attention to my own levels of energy and capacity. checking in this way has allowed me to make space for what is ready to go, what is not in alignment anymore, and clear space for where I'm headed. looking at my capacity this way has allowed me to stay connected to the most current version of myself and has kept me aligned with making decisions from this heart-tuned place. tuning into where other people are will save you energy - all buds don't bloom at the same time. holding space for the pace of nature, just flowing and the ways we share, show up, and commune has allowed me to let things be what they are and meet that energy where it's at and letting that inform my decisions. there's no unbalanced efforting, or lack of reciprocity, things just simply are, and we can choose to engage or not. if you're interested in practicing looking at capacity and vitality from an intuitive perspective, come to meditation LIVE on april 19th at 7pm EST! register through the link in bio!🌙 #vitality #mindfulnesspractice #energetichygiene by @musinginlotus

One of the main tenants of mindfulness is learning the art of nonattatchment. The art of non attachment allows us to hold our feelings more lightly without clinging or grasping and not pushing away. Learning to hold onto discomfort and adversity lightly allows us to access more of our creativity, vitality and authentic energy. Non attachment doesn’t mean we ignore life’s challenges but we use the energy one would to worry, stress and hold tension and gently allow ourselves to alchemize those feelings into a space of creativity and reconnection with our vitality and presence. If you are interested, join me 4/19 at 7 PM EST for Reclaiming our Vitality New Moon visualization practice (online). This offering is open to those in the collective who feel called to explore this theme deeper in a visualization practice. 🌸☀️🌸☀️🌸☀️Link to register in bio. 🌸☀️🌸☀️🌸☀️ #positivevisualization #powerofmeditation #wellness #higherself #meditation #newmoon #mindfulness by @musinginlotus
As unfamiliar activations and initiations are, these experiences help to unify us with our higher aspects of self and accelerate growth. Making it to the other side is a miracle worth celebrating and acknowledging. As Solstice season nears, I will be preparing a guided meditation in support of honoring our past cycle and creating and updating new agreements for this next cycle. Join the collective using the email newsletter sign up in the bio to receive this meditation once it becomes available ✨ by @musinginlotus
Affirmations are reminders that allow us to remember and be empowered to show up as who we say we are. I hope these affirmations will be supportive as the autumn falls away and winter slows us down, calling us home to ourselves. #affirmation #wintersolstice #autumnequinox by @musinginlotus
In a culture where disembodiment is the norm, most people are not used to seeing people choose not to match disharmonious energies and embody owning your space. Modeling staying in your energy and power no matter what other people are doing is so powerful. In our culture, giving away our power is the norm. Reacting immediately due to a sense of urgency instead of honoring the natural pace of our body and intuition is the norm. In my own personal practice, I've cultivated a practice of pause that allows me to tune into my own guidance and remain present in all of my energy centers. Recognizing our own patterns of disembodiment and choosing to regulate our emotions (energy in motion), and owning our energy, which is our lifeforce, allows clarity, intuition, and your own direct channel to higher wisdom to be fully present. Cultivating this presence and awareness takes consistency of practice and a willingness to look within. Being embodied requires grace and honesty to work with and integrate the shadow parts of our being susceptible to tuning out. Choosing embodiment is how we take back and cultivate our own inner power. by @musinginlotus
