a little introduction to celebrate 100 new friends ! I started this account to post the words that have broken through like light in my mind, in the midst of some of my darkest thoughts. I wanted to not only document my journey as i heal from my battles, but to also provide encouragement, and hope for others who may have similar experiences. I am so happy to have found such a supportive community that cares so deeply about an art form like that of poetry. I hope to continue sharing pieces of my story, and that my words can bring even the tiniest bit of help as you go along your own journeys.
