Blessed to get to do this again. Smashed my pb by an hour and a half. Was aiming for 3:25 but the wall had other ideas. Getting my name shouted out every 2 mins was insane. Felt pain I’ve never felt in my life but I’d bite your hand off to do it again. Love to everyone who came out and supported it meant the world. My hearts full. I’m still trying to tell myself that I’ve actually gone and done a marathon. I’ve been running with @brkedoff since July and I’m so lucky to meet so many like minded people along the way. Even outside of Brked off, I’ve seen so many dope people while training for this and seeing everyone’s journey to get to this point has been incredible. I’m thankful for the memories, mileage, injuries, trips to the physio and anthems screamed along the way that gave me the belief that I could do this. Honestly everyone I’ve met to get here I couldn’t of done it without you so thank you.

Dapo and Alban thank you for putting this club together, truly the best run club inna da world. I’m locked in for life now. The growth from when I first joined to now is insane and it’s only gonna get bigger. Also thank you Daps for giving me your place, I’m more grateful than you’ll ever know. So kudos.

I want to thank Tyler for creating the @theoutrunners and giving people like me a chance to do something that I would’ve never had the chance to. The kit, events and energy throughout, top tier. If you have a sec check them out, amazing organisation for the community.

I have to give praise to Allah (SWT) for giving me the strength and health to come through in one piece. I’ve had injuries galore and times of laziness in training that hasn’t helped but I can’t lose with God on my side.

To my Brkers, you got me through this. Whether it’s by seeing your Strava efforts or running alongside me and giving me a push you guys played your part. This is ours. Friends and family that showed up on the day your energy and cheers got me through it when I needed it most.

Lastly, and most importantly, Bilal, Dulky and I ended up raising £1,050 for Medical Aid in Gaza. WTFFFFFF I’m so stoked and proud to have contributed. Acc lemme rephrase, WE raised it, everyone who donated and shared thank you so much. You guys the real mvp. Link in bio if you still would like to donate.
