This shit show has been 9 years in the making. 10/28/13 was my chemoversary. Oh what a day that was. I couldn’t stop crying. They were tears of joy and pain at the same time. Six fucking months of CMF chemo. Countless blood draws. Shots to bring up my white cell count. 15lbs weight loss.
Nausea. Pure exhaustion. BRCA testing. Tirelessly advocating for my community as well as myself. Fighting to get genetic testing. Firing my first breast surgeon. No MRI after a biopsy confirming #breastcancer , being put into surgical menopause. 5 surgeries.
More are on the way. It’s been a rollercoaster 🎢 of events. Thank you all for coming on the ride with me. Love you. Cancer is a gift that keeps on giving, but I’m not getting off this rollercoaster. I’m here for the good, and the not so good.

It’s been nice to just live for a bit. I have been a bit quiet and plenty busy. I am once again volunteering for @breastreconstructionorg to raise money for this amazing org. Cancer is extremely complicated in so many ways. That is the reason that @dr.ronisraeli started this non for profit.
In a world of social media frenzy and endless scrolling it’s nice to pause and be a part of something that is actually meaningful and transformative in women’s lives and those who are touched by cancer. If you feel it in your heart to give, share or donate items for our event, it would be greatly appreciated. On September 24th, I will be walking along some other amazing models who are affected by cancer. You can go on @breastreconstructionorg to buy your tickets. It’s a fun night for a great cause. I’ll see everyone there.
