✨️ WELCOME TO MY PAGE! ✨️
I’m @mutharaven - the mom this world needs.
I create @muthasays
Im a real woman with a real story, a life you wouldn't believe - the heart behind: @muthaonamission - a vision called The Project House.
I didn’t grow up with soft landings.
I learned survival before I learned peace.
I’m committed to building something better than what I was handed.
I create because art saved me.
I speak because silence almost swallowed me.
I teach what I’ve learned — openly.
Let me be clear: I’m not a doctor. I’m not a licensed therapist. I’m a woman with lived experience, field experience, and years of doing the work. I advocate for change because I’ve seen what happens when people don’t get support. No gatekeeping here.
If I learn something that helps heal, grow, regulate, rebuild — I share it.
I love God. I thank God daily.
But I’m not Jesus. I’m not perfect. I'm human.
While you’re here —
Be kind.
Even to yourself.
Welcome to the mission, I'm glad you're here 🕊️ by @mutharaven
