This past week has been a beautiful celebration and curation of life—of my life. I felt loved, seen, uplifted, and deeply cared for. Every moment reminded me of the friendships and connections I’ve carefully chosen and cultivated. None of this is by accident. It’s been intention, growth, and grace.

The theme of this past year has been transformative, and I carry that with me into this next chapter. I want to continue transformative practices that stretch me, elevate me, and guide me closer to my highest, most aligned self.

I want to be an example of what it looks like to choose yourself and choose people who consistently choose you back.

And through it all, my dearest Cecilia has held my hand and guided me in ways only spirit can. 🕊️❤️
