Weekend away to run Caen Marathon.

I already knew marathon wasn’t my race distance and this race just solidified that opinion. Bonked out at 25km and had a long day to the finish line after that. Will be back next year & attempt a 3:45.

Was nice to get a way with some solid blokes to run this. Unreal spot near the sea provided some much needed sunsets.

It was a weirdly emotional run for me. Shred a tear at Kilometre 34 for quite literally no reason.

Facetimed my dad as i ran past pegasus bridge.

Beautiful part of france which i think gets wildly overlooked .

A few edits inbound by slightly different vibe & a youtube video out on friday of the whole trip. So stay switched on for that. As i get better with filming and story telling each and everytime, so you’re in for a treat with this one.

So grateful to everyone that has supported antics this year.

Started to take antics a little bit more seriously, and I hope it’s sort of come across in the content I’ve posted. Got even more exciting stuff planned for next year!

Grateful for all the shit I’ve been able to do, either running, gym, being abroad or what not. experiencing all this cool stuff has made me more keen to learn and make better videos.

As I said I’ve got so much planned for next year, and as close as January, so keep locked in and supporting antics as best you can xx

No such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing choice!

For real, the lake district comes alive during the winter, so would be silly to not go at least once. Tick a couple of wainwrights off and have fun.

My first try on haul! also my last!

Anyway got some new goggles which are so sick, and a tri suit but it’s a bit big so sent it back for a size smaller. less than 3 weeks out from the tri. so watch this space for content about not training in the slightest for it!
