Great day competing with @coachdavidassis at the Bristol @superhuman_games. Really fun competition, definitely do that one again. @carts_12 & @bowerollie smashed it and was great to be able to support each other throughout the day.

4 years ago today, I had what I thought would be just 1st date. I never thought I’d get a 2nd date but I was wrong, in fact after that 2nd date, she never went home and I couldn’t be happier it turned out that way. 4 years in and our love, strength and connection is stronger than ever. We have been through 40 years of marriage 4 and life has thrown everything it can at us. I truly believe that together, we can take on anything. She is my world, my reason and my forever and a day ❤️🧩

Everyday is tough at the moment. I know I’m not the man they deserve right now but I am and always will show up for my girls and be the best I can. Thankfully, they are very understanding to how I am currently and they know I’m grieving the loss of my best friend and also my oldest friend, within 3 weeks of each other.

My wife says the grief never leaves, your life just grows around it. Well, I could do with life growing, fast please.
