POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I posted this picture almost 4 years ago in 2019.
Just as we were getting ready to throw off the lines and embark on a new journey. Leaving everyone and everything we knew behind to finally fulfill our dream of becoming full time cruising liveaboards.
Well, we did it. And even though life and the pandemic had other plans for us, boy, did we have an unbelievable time.

It’s bittersweet to announce that Lady KAE is now officially sold and will be making new memories without us. We don’t regret a single moment or experience we shared on our dream boat. N6229 will forever be in our hearts and we’ll always be grateful to her for being the vessel that carried us on so many amazing adventures. She was our beautiful home and kept us safe in all conditions.
Thank you to everyone who supported and followed along with us!

Now we’ll be off to new adventures. And don’t worry, boating will always play a major part. Never know what will be next.

Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened. ~ Dr. Seuss

Bittersweet day on Lady KAE. Taking off the last of our personal items. I purposely saved our shadow box dining table, with keepsakes from our travels, for last. All our adventures seem like a distant dream now, but so grateful for each and every memory.

5 years ago today, we became full time liveaboards. This morning, we got the keys to our new home in Pompano.
On land.
•
So we celebrated the end of school and the end of a chapter. 😊💔
•
It’s been an incredibly amazing ride and definitely a tough decision, but the time was right.
•
We are looking forward to ongoing adventures, and don’t worry, we’ll always be boaters. 😉
