MVMŇT is for every[BODY] ♡ if you’re just getting started. if you’re looking to reconnect with yourself. if you want to challenge yourself in new ways. if you want to become stronger and move with intention.

my approach to pilates is rooted in intentional movement, thoughtful cueing, and strength through control. i want you to feel challenged, supported, and encouraged to meet yourself where you are — while giving yourself room to grow.

come as you are. move with intention. grow at your own pace.

MEET MAIA — my name is demaia (duh-mya), but you can call me maia 💗

i’m a newly certified mat pilates + sculpt instructor through studio push pilates, with three years of personal experience practicing both mat and reformer pilates.

what started as a love for movement has grown into something much more meaningful. creating mvmnt by maia is my way of sharing my love for pilates with others. my goal is to create an experience where you can challenge yourself, build confidence, and make time for yourself in the midst of everything life asks of you.

i’m so excited to move with you, grow with you, and build a community rooted in movement and connection.

welcome to my little corner of the pilates world and to the MVMŇT 🎀 by @mvmntbymaia
