Founded by Karame Adesko and Hayley Gallian, MVMNT Lab was created with a vision to provide an elevated space where dancers can train, grow, create, and be inspired.

Our Big Buddy Little Buddy Reveal was EPIC! 🤎✨

Our Bigs did such an amazing job making their Littles feel oh so special! From the creative posters to the sweetest stuffed animals and surprises, there was so much love in the room.

Watching these new friendships begin was so special. We already know these bonds are going to make Season 1 one to remember! 🫶

We’re excited to welcome Maddie Mapes for our next Pro Class!

OCTOBER 13TH
7:45–8:45 PM

PRO STYLE + POM 📣

Maddie has trained in numerous styles of dance and has been teaching for the past 10 years. She graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dance and was also a member of the UCLA Dance Team.

After college, Maddie became a Las Vegas Raiderette, spending five seasons dancing professionally for the Las Vegas Raiders. During her time on the team, she served as captain for three seasons and received both “Dancer of the Year” and “Raiderette of the Year.” In 2024, she was selected by her teammates to represent the Raiderettes at the Pro Bowl Games in Orlando, Florida.

Maddie currently works as a dance teacher, choreographer and coach. For the past 11 years, she has worked with United Spirit Association as a camp instructor, national-winning choreographer and judge. She is also entering her second season as the Director and Head Coach of the Riverside Poly Pep Squad.

Bring your poms and get ready to train PRO STYLE! Learn the performance, precision and skills it takes to dance on the field and perform at the professional level.

We’re so excited to have Ciaran Adesko on the MVMNT Lab faculty for Season 1 as our Pilates Reformer & Mat Pilates Teacher, as well as our Front Desk Manager!

Ciaran has been a classically certified Pilates instructor since 2018 and completed an extensive 600-hour comprehensive certification program. She is also certified in BodyStrategies for Dancers, allowing her to combine her Pilates expertise with her lifelong background in dance.

Ciaran grew up as a competitive dancer in Orange County before continuing at California State University, Fullerton, where she was a member of the nationally ranked dance team that earned multiple championship titles during her three years on the team. She later earned her Master of Science in School Counseling from Azusa Pacific University.

Her Pilates career has taken her across the country and internationally, teaching in California, Iowa, New York, Canada, and South Korea. While she works with all ages and levels, Ciaran has a special passion for working with competitive dancers, helping them develop strength, mobility, body awareness, and the tools needed to reach their goals.

Ciaran brings so much knowledge, care, and passion to everything she does. We’re so proud to have her joining us for Season 1 and can’t wait to see what she brings to our dancers, Pilates program, and MVMNT Lab! by @mvmntlabdancecomplex

Our Advanced dancers finished out our first MVMNT Monday with @nadineolmo! 🤎

Such a cool experience getting to learn the actual tour choreography for this song straight from Nadine! Our dancers were pushed to pick up quickly, attack every detail and bring the performance to life.

Thank you, Nadine, for sharing your choreography with us and challenging our dancers in the best way. Such a special night in the room!
