Still can’t believe this is the same space. 🥹✨ So much love, intention, and work went into bringing MVMT HOUSE to life… and somehow, it’s even prettier in person. 🤍 Will we see you this Saturday? Grand Opening • 11–2 ✨ Come celebrate with us, see the space, meet our community, and experience MVMT HOUSE for yourself. 🤍 #hawaii #pilates #grandopening #beforeandafter #fitness by @mvmthousehawaii
Don’t get us wrong, we LOVE to make you sweat. 🔥 But let’s talk about the foundations of Pilates. It starts with the breath, proper spinal positioning, and slow, intentional movement. Pilates isn’t just about how hard you work, but how well you move. Learning to not only connect your breath to movement but also finding the connection between your breath and deep core engagement , understanding proper spinal positioning, and moving slowly and with control builds the foundation for deeper strength, stability, and body awareness. Intensity to us means more when it’s backed by intention. Come move with purpose at MVMT House. 🤍 #kona #hawaii #pilates #fitness #studio by @mvmthousehawaii
Ready to sculpt, strengthen, and feel the burn? 🔥 Our Mat Pilates Sculpt + Strength Fusion class combines intentional Pilates movement with strength training for a full-body workout that challenges your muscles, builds endurance, and leaves you feeling stronger from head to toe. Come give it a try! ✨ #pilates #studio #fitness #Strengthtraining #Kona by @mvmthousehawaii
Join us for a Yin Yoga & Sound Journey Community Event 🌿 Friday, November 13 | 6:30–8:00 PM Join us at MVMT House Pilates with Jouliana and Lauren for an evening of slowing down, reconnecting, and finding stillness through mindful movement and sound We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding Yin Yoga practice, holding supported postures for longer periods to encourage deep relaxation, release tension, and create space within the body. During that time you will be gently supported by the soothing vibrations of healing instruments to invite a deeper state of rest and inner awareness and later transitioning into an immersive sound journey to reset the nervous system and guide you into deeper relaxation. This evening is an invitation to pause, turn inward, and simply be. No experience with yoga or meditation is necessary. This is a donation-based community gathering, open to everyone, members and non-members alike. Come as you are, bring a friend, and share in an evening of movement, sound, and connection. Mindbody link in bio to sign up for this event as space is limited 🤍 All levels welcome | Donations appreciated #hawaii #kona #yinyoga #soundbath #meditation by @mvmthousehawaii

Did you know there’s more to Pilates than just the Reformer? ✨ At MVMT House Pilates, we love incorporating the EXO Chair and Springboard into our practice to bring even more variety, challenge, and intention to your movement. The EXO Chair may be small, but don’t let its size fool you! Using spring resistance, this versatile piece of equipment challenges your strength, balance, stability, and coordination in ways that might surprise you. Expect deep core engagement, full-body strength, and a little extra shake. 🔥 The Springboard uses adjustable spring resistance to create a dynamic, full-body workout. It allows us to explore strength, mobility, flexibility, and control through a wide range of movements, challenging your body in entirely new ways. Each piece of equipment brings something unique to your Pilates practice, helping you build strength, improve body awareness, and discover new ways to move. Same Pilates principles. Different equipment. Endless possibilities. Have you tried the Chair or Springboard yet? 🤍 #pilates #hawaii #kona #studio #fitness by @mvmthousehawaii

MEET THE TEAM ✨ Hi, I’m Lauren — founder of MVMT House Pilates 🤍 Movement has been a part of my life and work for over 17 years. With a degree in Exercise Science, I’ve spent the last 15 years teaching Pilates as a comprehensively certified instructor, alongside an extensive background in strength training and fitness. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with everyone from everyday movers to collegiate and professional athletes. My teaching style blends the foundations and precision of Pilates with strength, mobility, and intentional movement, my goal is to always create classes that challenge you while helping you build a deeper connection to your body. After years of teaching, learning, and evolving, MVMT House is the space I’ve dreamed of creating: intimate classes, thoughtful movement, beautiful energy, and a community where people can come to feel stronger, more connected, and at home in their bodies. I’m so excited to welcome you into this next chapter — and even more excited for you to meet the incredible instructors who will be teaching alongside me. Stay tuned for more Meet the Team posts!! Welcome to MVMT House. 🤍 #pilates #hawaii #reformerpilates #kona #fitness by @mvmthousehawaii
MEET TAMARA 🔥🌶️ With 18 years in the fitness industry and 6 years dedicated to Pilates, I’ve learned that the best workouts are the ones that challenge you, make you laugh, and occasionally make you question your life choices. I’m fiery, feisty, and genuinely love helping people discover just how strong they are. My classes are intentional, challenging, and full of energy — but I’m right there in it with you. I’ll be counting, cueing, encouraging… and yes, probably crying out doing the same exercises you are. I believe movement should make you feel strong, capable, and good in your body. And there will always be a fire playlist — because good music makes everything better. Come ready to work, sweat, laugh, and maybe shake a little. I promise I’ll be shaking right there with you. #matpilates #reformerpilates #hawaii #pilates #fitness by @mvmthousehawaii
Meet Kelley ✨ With a background in ballet and classical Pilates, Kelley brings a beautiful sense of precision, control, and intention to the MVMT House team. Her attention to detail is one of the things that makes her teaching so special. She has an incredible eye for form and alignment, guiding you through the smallest adjustments that completely change the way a movement feels. Her classes are challenging in all the right ways—thoughtful, controlled, and guaranteed to bring that Pilates burn—while still being gentle and approachable enough for someone brand new to the practice. Expect intentional movement, beautiful flow, and a deeper connection to your body every time you step into her class.
