This is a story about three guys live in Jakarta, each hooked on a different sport. But they aren’t elite athletes competing for medals, they’re just passionate people using their daily routines to build a bulletproof mindset and self discipline.The focus is on the simple, unsexy habits done day in and day out: waking up early, eating clean, and putting in the reps. Jakarta plays a massive role here. It’s a city known for its relentless hustle, acting as the ultimate backdrop and barrier. Each guy has his own way of staying grounded against the city’s chaotic energy, protecting his mental peace. Yet, they’re all bound by the same rule: show up every single day and keep going, no matter how tired they are or what the results look like.The Core Message: Real strength isn’t just physical: it’s a mental muscle built through routine and discipline.In this story, “the limit” isn’t something you aggressively smash through once. It’s a boundary that naturally shifts the more consistent and mentally resilient you become. Ultimately, this project shows that Destroy the Limit isn’t about winning or being the best for a single moment.
