Jonathan Espinoza came through when it mattered most. With the game tied 41-41, he buried the game winning three at the buzzer to send his team home with the win. Ice in his veins. ❄️🏀

🔥🔥🔥We had a great time watching Caleb play. Knock down shooter that can find his way to the lane and finish with either hand. His work ethic on the court is infectious, giving his all on both ends of the floor. In his freshman year now and we can’t wait to see how he develops. #bigtimeballing #ballislife #aau #hooper #hoopersofinstagram @c.byrd11 taken in Chicago, Illinois by @mwroyals

Some of these high schools should feel blessed. The kids from the class of 2029 from IL and IN are just insanely ready and prepared for high school ball. I feel blessed to have watch so many stories unfold. I’ve witnessed the growth, amazed by the IQ, and impressed by the parents who have guided these young men in alignment with their vision and the coaches who lead them. Time is what separates! Congrats to all of you.. This is just the beginning 🙏🏽💙 by @mwroyals

Had a great 4-1 weekend and 2 tough games today. Proud of my boys per usual. We aren’t here for all world rankings, or to win every time we compete , but it’s always been about development and a lot of people miss that in the transition of wanting their kids to grow. Shoutout to @mwrenegade_club for a tough championship game. To the other team we beat, if you want to beat me, keep it on the court. I don’t take threats lightly and never will let a man put his hands on me without consequences. You are an embarrassment to the kids we are trying to teach and to black men as we are a community of coaches, with that stupidity . Keep it basketball, the other stuff is foreign territory. #dontgetmestarted #wejustwanttohoop🏀 by @mwroyals

3 years ago, we found this guy and he was just raw. Had parents asking dumb question like “What do you see in this kid”. Simply put, we saw his potential. He is one of the most well rounded kids I know and will go to bat for him anytime. He tested into 8th grade this past fall although he’s only a 7th grader. Now because of that potential, he not only skip ahead a grade but he’s now moving on to graduate and head into high school a year early. #proudcoach 🎓Keep going on your journey. @joegetzbuckets8 by @mwroyals
