📚 READ ABOUT US 👀 | MWTS E-BOARD INTRODUCTIONS ✍🏽 Meet Social Media Captain Miles Haynes! Year: Class of ’29 From: Columbus, Ohio, by way of Bowie, Maryland Major: English with a Concentration in Creative Writing Aspirations: My goal is to one day become a full-time author, spreading my ideas throughout the world and giving people new perspectives and experiences through stories that are both entertaining and thought-provoking. Creativity and emotion are very important to me, and I want people to be able to feel something deeply when they read my work. Wherever my career takes me, I know I want to remain in the world of writing, publishing, and authorship, whether that looks like working at a publishing house, becoming an editor, or writing full-time. My Why: I joined the Morehouse Writing and Thinking Society because I knew that when I got to college, it was a priority of mine to find my people: like-minded people I could form connections with and feel comfortable around. It just so happens that place is MWTS, and that it also connects directly to my passion for writing. Already, I care deeply about this organization and its mission of supporting writers in the AUC. I can’t wait to continue being a part of it #morehouse #creativewriting #eboard #introductions by @mwts1867
