I’m Jamie👋🏼 I’ve been a personal trainer for 16 years & always had a strong passion for using my knowledge to help others. I’ve worked with a large variety of clients, ranging people who haven’t stepped foot in a gym, to world class elite athletes.

I studied Youth Sport Coaching at university but took a year away from studying/work to travel Australia & Asia.

I have many goals in running I still want to achieve but so far my proudest moment was breaking 15:00 for 5k when running 14:53 in 2024.

My favourite exercise in the gym when training myself is a hip thrust or a split squat.

Fun facts: I’m a huge Glasgow Rangers fan, I love motorsport & my favourite food is gnocchi!

I’m a big believer in living life to the full & my favourite quote is “The proper function of man is to live, not to exist.”

I’m Marc👋🏼 I’ve been running for over 20 years and now going into my 10th year as a Nike sponsored pro athlete. I’ve been to the Olympics and multiple World Championships.

I studied Sports and Exercise Science & Sports Business at university and have gained other coaching qualifications along the way.

My aims over the next few years are to run a decent marathon and to try and break the 60minute barrier for the half marathon.

My favourite session is 10 x 1mile with 2mins recovery.😮‍💨

Fun facts: Sunderland AFC fan, I am triplet and I also lived in the USA for 10 years! Favourite food is a parmo.

My coaching belief is that a happy runner is a fast runner.
