ARC / BEAM / APERTURE
•
Curves, edges, and openings.
Each frame shaped by light, not by scale.
Concrete dissolves into atmosphere.
•
From the series “Light and Concrete (MELH)”

RADIUS – „HYGIENE INSTITUTE“
•
The sky as a counterweight.
The mass dissolves in the light.
Even concrete can breathe.
•
Architecture as movement between mass and emptiness.
In this mini-series, the gaze is directed upwards: concrete, light, and sky form a silent geometry. The curves of the structure— raw but precise — open up vertically like a breath of air. Tension, rhythm, and a moment of weightlessness arise between the surfaces.
Here, „radius“ describes not only the curvature of the material, but also the radius of perception – how far the gaze extends until it meets the sky.

RADIUS – „HYGIENE INSTITUTE“
•
Between line and weight.
When statics becomes movement —architecture as pure tension.
•
PX3 Prix de la Photographie Paris 2024: Honorable Mention (Architecture / Others Architecture – Non-Professional). Special thanks to @px3

Architecture as movement between mass and emptiness. Three views upwards: opening, densification, return to the interior.

RADIUS – „HYGIENE INSTITUTE“
•
The beginning lies within.
Concrete becomes landscape – rough, directed, silent. The gaze follows the form, not the building.
•
Three excerpts from a structure that can only be recognized if you know it.
A study of concrete, geometry, and the silent dialogue between the eye and architecture.
•

„A vastness that puts everything in perspective.“
Miles of cliffs and waves that never come to rest. A place larger than any plan or idea. Standing here, you lose your sense of time – and maybe find a different measure for what really matters.

A place that stays quiet, no matter who arrives.

•
Rocks, sand, water – undisturbed side by side.

A stretch of coastline that is more than a backdrop: a retreat, a path to explore, a place of freedom.

Here, you feel the power of nature in every detail.

Costa Vicentina.
Layers of rock and time.
•
A coastline shaped by wind and waves.
These earthy tones and textures were later echoed by Atelier Bugio (@atelierbugio )in the architecture of Praia do Canal (@praiadocanal )– as a subtle reference to the landscape that always defines the context here.
•
Rocks, waves, colors. Everything begins with the landscape.
