posting like it’s not that serious

i genuinely believe the way you see yourself starts with the way you move. not because movement changes the way your body looks, but because it changes the way you speak to yourself.

every time you walk into a room and choose to move, even when it’s uncomfortable, even when your first thought is, “i can’t do that,” you learn something about yourself.

you learn you’re CAPABLE. you learn you’re stronger than you ever thought. you learn your body can do things your mind convinced you it couldn’t.

and when you can’t do something at first but keep showing up until one day you can, you realize the biggest limits in your life were never your body.. they were the ones your mind created and believed.

once you experience that enough times, you stop doubting yourself in other areas too. you walk differently, make decisions differently, and TRUST yourself differently.

that’s why movement is so powerful to me. it’s never ever been just about fitness. it’s always been about becoming the version of yourself you’ve envisioned but were too scared, or too hesitant to step into.

because at the end of the day..

IT ALL STARTS WITH MOVEMENT.

get creative with your home!!!! if i find something i’m obsessed with it, i will still get it & find its purpose later on. if you love the way something looks, you can make it fit into your lifestyle regardless of its intended use 🤎
