Ready for some pumpkin spice cake using a carrot cake box mix. You can also use a spice cake box mix. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°. Add a cream cheese frosting and there you have it. It was a win-win with my family. 🧡 taken in Beaumont, California by @my.adobe.abode

🍂Falling for some cozy autumn decor with a few of my favorite things. The amber colored vintage carnival glass serving piece comes out every season along with the cute artisan handcrafted bear. And this year the glass pumpkin shaped three-wick candle from Walmart. It smells like sugar cookies baking in the oven! 🎃🌬🤎

🎃Happy October 1st! I am in love with this beautiful pumpkin shape dutch oven! It, as well as the wooden cake stand on my table, is endorsed by Ree Drummond, The Pioneer Woman. October is time for some homemade soups, chili, and stews don't ya know!? 😆😉🤎 Now if only our weather here in California would cooperate ..it's pushing 100° today!!!

Hello Sweet Cheeks! How was your day? For this Homes with Purpose tour thought I would share a glimpse of my guest bathroom wall decor art pieces. The cute cow framed canvas art print I fell in love with while browsing through Hobby Lobby last year. And the next image I purchased many years ago at the no longer Big Lots Store here in California. It is also a framed canvas art piece. I love the gold metallic hearts and the wording Hello Beauti Full which greets my guests as they step through the door. Not sure if it was a misprint or if it was meant to be misspelled. Of course I had to add a few fall color arrangements. Hope everyone enjoys this first week of Fall.🍁🍂🧡

Hello all and happy 2nd Thursday in September! With the fall season approaching I added my amber colored glass rooster and hen to my cherrywood cabinet. I also added a few dinnerware pieces with a farm and countryside theme which I thought would compliment them. The deep purple art glass plate on the bottom shelf was an anniversary plate we bought ourselves one year while celebrating a daytrip together. Like so many things acquired there always seems to be a memory attached. Always a memory to be cherished. Have a great day!🤎💜

Welcome September! A favorite season of mine with brown, rust and golden hues scattered about my decor. It just gives me a warm feeling inside..like a big hug. Scroll to see the lighting during the evening hours. The mantle decor features the framed artwork of a frontier man with his companion wolf as kind of a theme this year featuring wildlife throughout the room. And last but not least the framed print on the hearth of a moody view of looking through the woods of a sun setting. That was a steal I purchased on clearance a few weeks ago from @hobbylobby . Cannot resist a sale! Enjoy your Labor Day weekend everyone! 🧡 taken in Beaumont, California by @my.adobe.abode

Hello to all and to all you beautiful happy home enthusiasts! I'm back at it again! Here is one last look at my spring/summer fireplace decor for 2026. I have transitioned into fall but since it's been so long since I posted I thought I would try catching up some. It has now been just over a year since I moved into this residence and I'm still not done going through boxes. I love this tour of @homes.with.purpose and the fact it also includes lifestyle. After all, it is so fitting as we strive to make our homes a happy place for not just our families but all who enter it. A happy place is a lifestyle which I strive for God willing. Can't wait to view your posts! Have a great tour and upcoming weekend!❤️

Happy April everyone! Thought I would share my mantel decor and a few other views of my home. We had a few light showers the past two nights which is much needed here in SoCal. The sun is forecast to be bright and warm for Easter Sunday in my town. Just the way I like it. Peace be with you today.😉💕✌️

Silence can be golden and peaceful to the soul. The world as we know it today is stressful. Enjoy a moment to seek out the beauty and sounds that God has provided for us. Have a great rest of the weekend.☺️ by @my.adobe.abode

🗓️ The handcrafted Wolf tile was purchased many years ago while traveling through the Southwest. I love it's intricate details. You can find works of art like these in tile artisan shops. I have one other tile in a different design and will share it when I find it. I'm still slowly unpacking stuff. Lol. Have a great week everyone. 🧡💙
