As a proud board member of @bgcgkids, I am deeply grateful to every sponsor, donor, volunteer, staff member, and guest who made the evening so special.
I had a lot of fun with my friend and generous gala partner @s_osnoss, but we didn't take a photo🫣. Grateful for friends @iamjuliemango and @nic.desir, who came to support, dance, and even witness why I don't wear color because my dress lasted 45 minutes before red wine was spilled on it 🤣🤣.

MIC Funds and Realist Lab are launching Growth Studio, a new 6-week accelerator for pre-seed, tech-enabled B2B founders who have early traction and are ready to turn it into investment-ready growth.

The program is built for teams with active users, ongoing pilots, early revenue, or meaningful customer engagement, and is focused on helping founders build a stronger, more repeatable go-to-market engine.

Connecticut startups may also be eligible for up to $5,000 in grant funding.
Applications close September 12.

I've wanted to take this road trip for 20 years, and I finally decided to drive from Connecticut to Vermont, and it's been wonderful. As it turns out, I’m not very good at documenting every moment 😊. I’m usually too busy soaking it all in. But I’ve met some wonderful people, discovered beautiful places, and enjoyed truly incredible views along the way. You can truly enjoy this state with some gas and good company! by @my.dailyposts

I went to Japan for the culture, the food, skincare☺️, and the experiences. I left inspired by the beautiful overstimulation of it all every train ride, neighborhood, meal, and quiet moment. Walking more than 100,000 steps reminded me that healing sometimes comes through adventure, presence, and shared experiences. Thanks for capturing some of these moments, Pape… Until next time, Japan. 🇯🇵❤️ by @my.dailyposts

Stamford was special. Engaging, emotional, raw and electric. Founders really dug in.

Can’t say thank you enough to @my.dailyposts and the @realistlab team. Your partnership is valuable and we are grateful for it.

Here’s a quick recap on the day and some feedback from founders who attended. 🙏🏿❤️

Hosting friends at polo right after CT Tech Week may seem wild, but it has become one of my favorite traditions.

I love bringing together people who should know each other, and this Sunday was exactly that: laughter, connection, good energy, and so much fun.
I am already looking forward to the next polo day! by @my.dailyposts

I was honored to attend @startup_maine and speak on a panel focused on strengthening connections across the New England startup ecosystem.

I enjoyed sharing the stage with Zachary Dutton of Auxillium Stephanie Roulic of @startupbosorg and Mark Michalski with Forge. I’m grateful to Adam Rodrigues and Sarah Smith for the invitation.

One of the best surprises was meeting one of our Realist Lab fellows there. Meeting John Hill in person and seeing Kate again made the experience even more special. taken in Portland, Maine by @my.dailyposts

Congratulations to @drbiancashinndesras on receiving the @spefct Leadership Award last night. Her speech beautifully wove together activism, encouragement, community, and humor in a way that inspired the room and reminded us all why giving back locally matters.
I’m so grateful for Bianca’s friendship, mentorship, and leadership. It has been such a pleasure to be part of her journey, and I can’t wait to see what’s to come. by @my.dailyposts
