Keep showing up! That’s your part.
Watch what God can do with your obedience and discipline.✨

Even when progress feels slow. Even when motivation fades. Even when you don’t see the results yet.

Stay consistent. Stay disciplined. Trust the process.

Your job is to show up. Let time and consistency do the rest.

The motivation showed up. The discipline showed up. The LEGS did not. 😭😂

Sometimes being a runner means knowing when NOT to run.

Today we’re recovering, not quitting!

Anybody else’s legs ever clock out without giving notice?

WHEN DOES THIS GET EASIER?!

The running, the breathing, the mental pep talks… ALL OF IT! 😩🤣

But one thing I’m learning is that progress doesn’t always look pretty. Some days you feel strong, other days you’re just trying to make it to the finish.

Either way, I’m showing up. One run, one mile, one walk break at a time!

Runners, be honest… does it EVER get easier?! 😂

Sunday Recap by @my.personalchoice

October, I’m claiming it. ✨
More growth. More discipline. More wins. More becoming. 🏃🏾‍♀️🤎

I’m learning it, claiming it, and putting in the work to achieve it. One run, one day, one step at a time.

October, be good to me. We’ve got goals to hit. 🫶🏾

Not me actually having FUN on a run 😂

Somewhere along the way I stopped trying to survive my runs and actually started enjoying them

No pace pressure. No proving anything. Just me learning to run my own race. 🤎
