I did a thing.. 🫢

It’s all about balance ☯️ by @my.self.mar

It looks so easy.. well it wasn’t 😅
Thanks @ensoreikienretreat ! Learning a lot ♥️ by @my.self.mar

Als ik deze versie van me bij je ben, you are one of the lucky few 🙏🏻♥️ by @my.self.mar

Never did I expect that I also needed to break through my fear of singing out loud.

Because in the first post I made about dancing, I talked about how I used to dance AND SING al the time when I was little.

Like I thought I would never be confronted with the need to overcome my fear 😂
Silly me.

AND TO RECORD IT 😵

*at the end I say to myself: ‘You did not expect that to happen, right Mar?’*
🌿🤭🤓 by @my.self.mar

Wow….. what progress I made already in such a short period.
I feel more confident and comfortabel.
I know I still have a lot more room to grow, but what a difference this is since last recording!
I am not avoiding the camera.
I am moving more freely.
I don’t have to distract my mind as much as before.
I am enjoying wayyyyyy more 🥰🫶🏼 by @my.self.mar

It is a phrase I have been seeing a lot these last couple of months.
And yet… nothing has changed.
I think the universe and I do not align on the meaning of ‘right before’.😅

I am posting this as a reminder and commitment to myself.
To not give up. To surrender and trust.
It will all work out even better than I could have ever hoped for. 🙌🏼 by @my.self.mar

When you are too stubborn to bring your sweater in summer.. but at least you bring your coat 😂 by @my.self.mar

Just a make up free gal feeling scared to show herself fully.

I know this is by far the best picture of me. And that is exactly why I wanted to post it. by @my.self.mar

What music I listen to depends on my mood and current circumstances.

When I really listen to the song I hear a reflection of my life at that moment. As if its a representation of how I’m feeling or thinking.

I think thats why sharing songs or playlists can be very private and scary.
Like the music reflects your soul/essence.

Do you recognise this?
———

Herken je dit? by @my.self.mar

When you listen to music and you hear a word that reminds you of them.
And you just break out into tears.
I feel like maybe there was still some unprocessed feelings.
Intentionally listening to music can be a great way to help get you to release some emotions.

Do you ever do this? by @my.self.mar
