I spent years not feeling happy in my own skin.
Constantly thinking I needed to shrink myself — physically and emotionally.

And somewhere along the way after loosing and gaining most of the weight, I found confidence again.

Not because my body changed…
But because my mindset did.

This little corner of Instagram — this community — helped more than you’ll ever know.
The chats, the kindness, the shared stories, the “you look amazing” messages on days I didn’t feel it.

Confidence isn’t a dress size.
It’s deciding you’re enough — exactly as you are.

And honestly? I’ve never felt more like me.

Hello all!

It’s been a little quiet here lately — so sorry for the radio silence. Honestly, I haven’t been feeling quite like myself recently, especially after some weight gain, and it’s taken a little toll on my confidence. But I’m working through it and reminding myself that style has no size!

It’s FINALLY @grensonshoes boot season and I honestly couldn’t be happier! I’ve been on the hunt for these beauties for ages and eventually struck gold on Vinted for just £40 over the summer! 🙌🏼

The best things really are worth waiting for, especially when they’re preloved and an absolute bargain! 😍

Absolutely loved this outfit yesterday for a little trip to one of my favourite places for charity shopping with my mother 🥰💜

We headed to Whitchurch and, of course, had to pop into the lovely @tyhafanwhitchurch shop, where we got to see the lovely Amy! It’s always been one of my favourites, and now my mother loves it too. 💕

And the outfit? Top to toe preloved, either Vinted or charity shopped! 🙌 Who needs new when you can find pieces you absolutely love secondhand?

Time for another charity shop haul! 💖 I popped into the wonderful Hospice of the Valleys and, as always, found some gorgeous preloved pieces at brilliant prices.

You know I love a bargain, but even better is knowing that every purchase helps support such a wonderful cause, one that supported my own dad. ❤️

A little apology for the lack of posts lately 🫶🏻 I just haven’t really been feeling the Insta vibes for a while.

I’ve been struggling with my weight recently for a few different reasons, including perimenopause, and if I’m honest, it’s knocked my confidence a bit. 💗

But I’m still here, still figuring it all out, and still absolutely loving clothes — especially preloved ones! 😍

These fabulous @seasaltcornwall barrel trousers were a @redcrossretail find, teamed with my new-to-me Vinted jumper and, as always, a reminder that you don’t have to be a certain size to enjoy getting dressed and wearing the clothes you love.

Thank you for your patience, kindness and continued support while I’ve been a little quieter than usual. It genuinely means more than you know. 🥰

Not what you think you should wear.

Not what you think your age, size or shape says you’re “allowed” to wear.

Just the things that make you look in the mirror and think… yep, I feel good in this! 🥰

Fashion should be fun. Getting dressed should be something you enjoy, not something you overthink.

And honestly, the older I get, the more I realise that feeling comfortable and confident in your own skin is the best outfit of all. ❤️

So wear the colour. Wear the print. Wear the dress. Wear the thing you’ve been saving for “best”.

I haven’t done a proper charity shop finds video for ages but yesterday’s finds were just too good not to share! 😍

Everytime I see @dianajustsugacane outfits I immediately thought… I NEED to recreate that! So I’ve taken the bits I loved and put my own spin on it.

I honestly love being inspired by other women’s outfits. I’m never afraid to comment “I love this!” or save something because it’s given me an idea.

Because surely that’s half the fun of Instagram?! We see something we love, get inspired, raid our own wardrobes and make it work for us. 🥰
