With the fiber of a salad and the taste of veggie sushi 🥢 🥗 🍣 Adding rice, potatoes, or lentil/brown rice pasta to salad is a game changer! Starchy carbs taste so good with fresh veg!

Flavorful raw vegan cafes hold a very special place in my heart and @peacepiesraw does it best!! It’s somewhat of a ritual for me to grab their food and head to the water in OB 🌊 That is what living in San Diego feels like to me 👙 I always feel rejuvenated after eating from Peace Pies, they have an amazing array of phytonutrient-rich dishes#! #vegan #sandiego #plantbased #sandiegovegan by @my_veggie_tale

Will you take advantage of what is at your fingertips🫜🍊🍍🫐🫚🥬? One of my fav combos 🤍 Amaranth is an ancient grain that is higher in protein and iron than quinoa! I treat it like I would oatmeal✨ Love all three of those whole grains…variety is key 🔑 #plantbasedfood #vegan #veganfood #vegandietitian #dietitian by @my_veggie_tale
